A good service story.

We took our Outback Sturt back to Greg in Albury last week for a service.  Had a reason to go there to meet family, so it worked out well.

Left the trailer with him on Tuesday arvo, and picked it up lunchtime Thursday.  He had repacked the bearings and checked and oiled everything.  He also added in some extra rubber door seals as we had experienced issues with dust getting into the trailer.

The surprise was when the trailer was collected.  No charge. Not even for all the extra rubber. Apparently he normally does the first service for free.

You don't get pleasant surprises like that every day. ;D
