Tentworld Townsville Now Open!

Hi Swaggers, 

Exciting news here!  On the weekend our newest, and biggest store opened in Townsville! 

For those who're local to the area, you'll probably know the location well.  It was most recently Golds Gym, and prior to that The Good Guys.  So if you remember the shop, it is HUGE!

Went in for a look see yesterday.....with the minister, so didn't get to spend much . Nice range of gear and some decent prices.

Glad you enjoyed!  Hopefully we did help you paint a nice picture with the minister as to why you should be approved for extra budget!

Just a bit of feedback- I went in yesterday and had a browse for about 20 minutes. There were probably more staff than customers and while some where busy getting the store set up, I wasn't acknowledged by any of the staff. No G'day! can I help you? or you chasing anything?
It didn't particularly bother me as I was just browsing but I walked out thinking these guys wont last long if that's the  customer service they give when starting up a new franchise.
Anyway, I thought the feedback would be useful, better to know now than find out the hard way in 6 months time.

Thanks very much for letting me know.  That is strange to hear & I'm very sorry about this.  This isnt the experience we look to deliver, and definitely not what our stores are known for - I will send feedback to the team & ensure they're following the correct processes in regards to saying hello, but also being respectful of our customers wishes to browse in peace. 

I am confident next time you visit you'll find your experience totally different.
